正宗住家印尼菜

頗有驚喜的晚餐,我們與傭人姐姐開心地一起慶祝了她的29歲生晨

SATAY串燒與甜品AGAR AGAR。串燒中規中矩,AGAR AGAR如我們的JELLY,面層是椰汁。我沒有吃AGAR AGAR,因我不愛奇怪COLOUR的食物,他則說味道與在印尼餐廳吃的一樣。傭人姐姐說印尼BB很喜愛吃AGAR AGAR,那當然啦,因下了糖麻!

最大的驚喜來自這碗SODOR。賣相漂亮,口味清淡,可跟飯一起吃。以鮮雞加炸香了的蒜頭餚湯,配上如金邊粉般的薯粉,加上雞絲、蕃茄絲、PARSLEY、蔥、芽菜(呀,她的HOMEMADE芽菜不成功呀!)和雞蛋。簡單,清新,美味。可以ENCORE。

飲品是菠蘿荔枝海底椰涷飲,全是時令生果,果味清甜,是我杯茶。

飯後還有生日蛋糕,很愜意的一餐晚飯。

surely no as I told Stephen that we would have birthday cake after the dinner which could feed him well in case the food was not his cup of tea.

yes, she was surprised with the cake and was very glad that we love her food! you know, Stephen's dad also praised the sodor!
