Dear Sirs,

It is well-known that SPL is the best property management company in Hong Kong.

My wife is a new comer to work in the Office Tower at FW. She told me that she had an 'incident' at the female toilet yesterday. After washing her hands, she walked to the hand dryer / towel machine which was located immediate adjacent to the washing basin. She could not keep hold of her body and fell on the slippery floor. Luckily, her legs were bruised but no other serious injury. In case similar 'incident' was happened on a woman who was pregnant, the consequence might be unpredictable. She shared the 'incident' to other colleagues and was told that this was not the first time occurrence of similar 'incident' at that particular location. They have already reflected in vain the issue to the management office many times.

As a layman, they come up some possible solutions such as placing an anti-slippery mat at the floor of that location, relocating the hand dryer / towel machine away from washing basins, etc.

By sharing the above-mentioned experience, it is in great hope that a more professional solution can be came up by the esteemed management office.
